Application procedure 

In order to complete your application, you must send a motivation and your CV to the email of the board member who oversees the committee. 

       Formal Committee and Acquisition Committee

       Social Committee, Travel Committee, Introduction Committee, Sport Committee,

       Cooking Committee

       Master Committee and Dies Committee

       Financial Committee

The motivation letter should contain the following elements: 

  • Personal details, such as study year, full name, nationality and age. 

  • Your motivation: explanation of why you are applying for a specific committee and/or position; a description of previous experience and skills that could be valuable and relevant; any creative ideas which you already have for the committee.

  • Short description of your student life: what are your hobbies and side activities? How much time do you have available for the committee? How are you going to integrate the committee into your student life?

Each committee has four distinct positions:
Chairman – responsible to lead the committee and report to the board.
Secretary – responsible to keep track of the minutes and promotion for social media.
Treasurer – responsible for the finances of the committee.
Assessor – responsible to organize events alongside the chairman, secretary and treasurer.

After receiving your application letter, we will send out invitations for application interviews. These interviews will take approximately 15 minutes. The interviews will be held by two board members.
