Guest Lecture: Discover ESA's Galileo System by dr. Jose Rodriguez

Join L.S.A. Custodia for a guest lecture by Dr. Jose Rodriguez from the European Space Agency (ESA), who will introduce us to the Galileo satellite navigation system.🛰️

Galileo is Europe’s global satellite navigation system, providing highly accurate positioning and timing information around the world. As our societies become increasingly dependent on satellite-based technologies, understanding systems like Galileo is also highly relevant to the fields of security, crisis and safety.

During this guest lecture, we will get the opportunity to learn more about Galileo directly from an expert at ESA and gain insight into one of Europe’s major space programmes.
